Your Responsibilities

• You will take overall technical responsibility for existing and newly acquired projects in the aerospace sector – from the concept phase to series production.
• You will support the acquisition of new projects, particularly through technical evaluation, costing, and offer preparation in close coordination with the EVA Aerospace core team.
• You will actively contribute to the development and advancement of competencies in the aerospace sector and coach or qualify colleagues.
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and report directly to the EVA core team.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the aerospace sector – ideally in various projects or with different customers/OEMs.
• You are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking, and the targeted use of your network, and you possess negotiation skills.
• You convince with clear and target-group-oriented communication and are able to present complex technical issues understandably.
• You present yourself confidently and assertively, driving your topics forward with the necessary assertiveness.
• You place great value on constructive collaboration – both within the team and with customers and external partners.
• You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner, ensuring comprehensible and consistent documentation.
