We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer for Ventilation System Planning (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the planning and engineering of demanding industrial projects. You will be the link between our customer, other project participants, and contractors. You will be the direct point of contact for HVAC-related topics.

Responsibilities

Learn more about your new tasks

• Overall responsibility for the planning, design, and project management of heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems, as well as interdisciplinary coordination in all phases of project execution
• Compliance with applicable international norms, standards, GMP regulations, and regulatory requirements
• Creation of planning documents and functional descriptions; participation in 3D model and design reviews
• Creation of equipment and material lists, and specifications
• Cost estimation and price comparisons
• Participation in tender negotiations with suppliers and contractors, as well as responsibility for the management and coordination of external partners and contractors

Requirements

Demonstrate your competencies

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Technology (Bachelor, Master, Diploma), with at least several years of professional experience depending on project complexity
• Relevant professional experience in HVAC and cleanroom technology planning
• Knowledge of technical requirements (norms, standards, VOB, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and calculation software
• Structured way of working with an engineering approach and creative problem-solving; strong team and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Mobility and willingness to work on-site for projects
