Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies.
• Conduct reliability analysis and testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify potential issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customer.
• On-site reliability activities with reporting system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Reliability Engineering.
• CAT-II Certification & above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with reliability tools and methodologies.
