About TWG Engineering

TWG Engineering is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Electrical Distribution to lead engineering teams supporting ComEd and other Exelon utility programs.

This role is ideal for a utility engineering leader with experience managing overhead and underground distribution projects, mentoring teams, and working directly with utility clients in a consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead engineering and design teams supporting utility distribution programs
  • Manage project execution, schedules, quality, and client coordination
  • Provide technical oversight for distribution systems (4kV–34.5kV)
  • Support grid modernization and infrastructure improvement initiatives
  • Partner directly with ComEd and Exelon stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in electrical distribution engineering
  • Leadership or project management experience
  • Utility consulting or ComEd/Exelon program experience
  • Strong technical understanding of overhead and underground distribution systems
  • PE license preferred

Salary Range

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $145,000 to $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
