We are seeking a visionary Sr. Engineering Manager of Safety (m/f/d) to serve as the definitive authority on the safety, security, and resilience of our complex systems. In this senior leadership role, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive safety engineering and cybersecurity strategies that safeguard our platforms across their entire lifecycle. Your mission is to ensure our systems operate with uncompromising safety, meet stringent regulatory requirements, and remain robust against evolving cyber threats.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and mitigate safety risks and security vulnerabilities, while establishing the processes, standards, and governance needed to enable secure, resilient, and mission-critical system development.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skill
