Position Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead high-impact manufacturing and engineering initiatives across multiple sites. This role owns projects from concept through launch, driving capacity expansion, automation, new product introduction, and process improvements that directly impact safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects with full ownership of scope, schedule, cost, and outcomes
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive execution from feasibility through installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up
Manufacturing & Engineering Initiatives
- Support capacity expansion, automation, equipment installation, and process optimization
- Lead plant expansions, new site launches, and line transfers
- Design and implement efficient layouts and scalable manufacturing processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance to deliver results
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans aligned with plant operations
- Provide hands-on leadership during critical execution phases
Continuous Improvement
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to increase throughput and efficiency
- Standardize best practices across sites to improve repeatability and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related)
- 8+ years leading engineering or manufacturing projects in industrial environments
- Proven experience with capital projects, automation, and production ramp-ups
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility layouts
- Experience working across multiple sites and leading cross-functional teams
- Background in fabricated products, fenestration, or similar industries is a plus
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred
Work Environment & Travel
- Primarily onsite in a manufacturing setting with regular plant floor involvement
- Travel required based on project needs (20%)
