About the role
Our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join their thriving sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the specified region. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts will be paramount. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales strategies, complex selling environments, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our client's offerings effectively. You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer pain points and align our client's solutions to meet their specific business objectives. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, is essential to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful client onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise sales. Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools is mandatory. Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition within the enterprise client segment. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Negotiate contract terms and pricing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions to large organizations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote environment. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. High level of integrity and professionalism.
