Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced architect to lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise‑grade solutions across Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, HR) and Power Platform. You will define architectures, own integration strategy (Teamcenter, Net Suite, Service Now, Boomi and line‑of‑business systems) and drive delivery quality using modern ALM and governance—directly advancing the GVW roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions using Dynamics 365 SCM, F&O, CE, HR and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Lead technical design sessions, produce solution documentation and oversee implementation teams.
• Define integration strategies with legacy systems and third‑party platforms (e.g., Teamcenter, Supplier Portal, Boomi) using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus and APIs.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Guide the adoption of new Microsoft features and updates, ensuring alignment with GVW’s roadmap.
• Support Dev Ops practices including CI/CD, environment provisioning and release management.
• Apply Microsoft Success by Design methodology and ALM best practices (LCS, Power Platform Admin Center, Azure Dev Ops).

Advantageous Responsibilities

• Design and govern agentic AI solutions (Copilot Studio, Azure AI, multi‑agent orchestration) to augment business processes.
• Implement responsible AI controls, prompt safety and telemetry for AI‑enabled solutions.
• Define KPIs and value realisation for AI‑driven business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data/AI teams on model selection, evaluation and responsible AI practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery.
• Proven success in leading Dynamics 365 implementations across multiple modules (ERP, CRM, HR).
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, security models and cloud‑native design.
• Proficiency in C#,. NET, Java Script and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred/Advantageous Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive or supply‑chain domains.
• Deep expertise in Azure architecture, including infrastructure, security and scalability.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as AI Builder, D365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and machine‑learning integration.
• Exposure to legacy ERP migration and modernization strategies.
• Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB‑100) or similar.

Success Metrics

• Percentage of Dynamics 365 projects delivered on time and within scope, aligned with GVW Technology Roadmap milestones.
• Rate of solution designs approved without major revisions, based on governance reviews and stakeholder feedback.
• Percentage of integrations (e.g., Teamcenter, Supplier Portal, Boomi) deployed without critical post‑launch issues.
• Number of new Microsoft features (e.g., Power Platform components, Azure services, AI tools) successfully evaluated and implemented per quarter.
• Value realisation and adoption metrics for AI‑enabled solutions (if applicable).
