As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role as both a problem solver and an architect. Collaborating closely with our sales, solutions strategy, and product teams, you'll transform client business goals into a scalable technical vision. Your focus will be on delivering value to businesses by identifying root causes of pain points and technical challenges, allowing you to design data and marketing technology solutions that yield measurable returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Engage with clients to uncover their technical and business requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions to align on goals, constraints, and success metrics.
- Translate challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Design feasible solutions that are aligned with best practices and fit Acxiom and partner capabilities.
Enablement & Deal Acceleration
- Support pre-sales activities and influence deal strategies alongside sales teams.
- Contribute technical insights and solution narratives to RFPs/RFIs.
- Overcome technical barriers and expedite sales through collaborative efforts.
- Coordinate pricing input for complex solutions with relevant stakeholders.
Solution Innovation
- Pilot and co-develop innovative solutions to meet emerging needs.
- Gather insights to refine offerings and enhance adoption.
- Provide feedback to influence product and solution strategies.
Value Articulation
- Convert features into clear business benefits.
- Customize messaging for various stakeholder roles.
- Use proof points and demonstrations to foster confidence in solutions.
- Emphasize Acxiom's unique differentiators and value propositions.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in the martech or adtech sectors, ideally in roles such as Consultant or Sales Engineer.
