TSMC Washington, LLC is seeking a professional to join our team in USA-Washington.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sustaining and improving equipment performance in Thin Film section of a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with Manufacturing and process and equipment engineers to achieve fab moves requirement and maintain operation line.
- Sustaining daily process, including eMUC (Electronic Manual Unload Card) recovery, maintaining in-line/off-line monitor performance to ensure process stability and wafer quality, and resolving outlier tool issues.
- Proactively applying "Stop and Fix" when seeing signals, to prevent more wafers being impacted by a potential event.
- Escalating system weakness or chronic issue for owners to follow up for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in related Engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry and two (2) years of experience in a related position.
- Senior level Thin Film experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Experience on CVD equipment such as AMAT-Centura, HDP, and Novellus-Sequel.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.

Work Location & Schedule
On-site at 5509 NW Parker St., Camas, WA 98607, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be required.
Eligibility
- Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary and position placement will be determined based on an individual's education, experience, and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates will be assigned to the appropriate job level, with the corresponding salary range:
Principal Level: $112,000 - $135,480 per year.
This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.
This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
