Position Details

• Position: Senior ERP Transformation PMO
• Project Start: Immediate
• Project Duration: 18 months with option for extension
• Workload: 100%
• Location: Olten & Remote

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and workstream leads in day-to-day project management activities (meetings, planning, resourcing, budgeting)
• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality targets
• Set up new projects and support them through phase-gate processes
• Prepare and consolidate project/program reports, dashboards, and decision documents
• Coordinate project communication, documentation, and information flow
• Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and compliance requirements
• Participate in planning and execution meetings
• Manage stakeholders and drive adoption of PM methodologies, KPIs, and governance standards
• Support change management and transformation initiatives
• Take ownership of smaller projects or sub-projects when required

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in ERP or transformation programs (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
• Strong background in IT project management (PMO and/or project leadership)
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Good understanding of ERP landscapes and end-to-end business processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (German and/or French is a plus)
• Advantageous: PM certification and experience with AI in project management
