The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead retained searches across startups, scaleups, and high-growth global brands throughout North America.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role where you will:

  • Own executive searches end-to-end (VP to C-level)
  • Act as a strategic advisor to founders and leadership teams
  • Go beyond the brief to shape the role and define success
  • Identify and assess senior talent across Marketing, Product, Operations, Emerging Technology and growth leadership roles
  • Lead client conversations, candidate processes, and close outcomes

Who You Are

  • Experienced in executive search or senior-level recruitment (retained experience is a strong asset)
  • Comfortable working with founders and senior executives
  • Strong in both search execution and client-facing advisory
  • Naturally curious, intuitive, and commercially minded
  • Not afraid to challenge thinking and bring a point of view

Location

Remote, with preference for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario
