Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders while remaining hands-on in full-cycle recruiting execution. This role is responsible for leading complex and high-impact searches, supporting executive-level hiring, and developing scalable recruiting strategies within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, consultative influence, and experience navigating niche and hard-to-fill recruiting challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, and senior-level positions
  • Partner closely with business leaders to design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans
  • Lead searches for senior leadership roles, including Director level and above
  • Execute hiring for niche and hard-to-fill roles, including engineering, chemistry, and other technical specialties
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting strategies for complex talent needs
  • Provide consultative guidance on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and hiring decisions
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Leverage data, market insights, and recruiting metrics to drive effective hiring outcomes
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Influence decisions through clear communication, problem-solving, and strong business acumen
  • Support multi-site hiring initiatives, with limited travel as required

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • At least six years of progressively responsible experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proven success supporting senior-level and executive hiring, including Director-level roles and above
  • Hands-on experience filling specialized, hard-to-source positions, particularly within engineering, chemistry, or other technical functions
  • Track record of developing creative, strategic recruiting approaches for complex or highly competitive searches
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively and build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze challenges, influence outcomes, and drive sound hiring decisions
  • Professional recruiting or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional travel to California and Mexico
