Job Summary
We deliver impactful digital experiences by setting the standards for customer and employee‑facing design systems. Our team plays a vital role in evolving a widely adopted design system, driving design efficiency and excellence across multiple business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and update documentation and graphics for design system documents and facilitate effective communication with internal partners.
- Build, maintain, and test Figma components, ensuring compliance with design system standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate with product designers, development, content, and ADA accessibility partners to align design efforts and prepare topics for governance meetings.
- Participate in governance, review, and working sessions across product design teams, providing design system support and competitive analysis insights.
Required
- Demonstrated experience with design systems, including creation or maintenance of Figma components and component libraries.
- Expertise with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Suite for UX/UI or product design.
- Strong business communication, critical thinking, systems thinking, and detail orientation skills.
- Portfolio submission is required; include a link with the resume for consideration.
