About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer to help shape the future of our cross channel customer experience and brand portfolio, owning complex problems and defining experience strategies that deliver measurable impact. They lead discovery, design, and delivery of end-to-end experiences, acting as trusted experts and advocates for evidence-based, ethical design across teams.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the experience vision for key products and services, aligning customer needs with business strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end experience design for complex product and service areas, taking ownership from discovery through delivery and in-market performance.
  • Partner with Product and Tech leads to embed experience principles into strategy, design, and development.
  • Map service ecosystems and align omnichannel touchpoints to customer and operational goals.
  • Use research, behavioural data, and in-market insights to shape, iterate, and optimise experience strategy.
  • Champion accessibility, consistency, and ethical design practices across the portfolio.
  • Evolve our multi-brand design system and experience frameworks to enable scalable, coherent design across teams.
  • Drive the maturity of the design practice by evolving team methods and frameworks, while coaching and mentoring Experience Designers to support their development, performance, and progression.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise designing holistic digital and service experiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable, evidence-based design direction.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design leadership, measurable impact, and strong craft.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable influencing at senior and cross-functional levels.
  • Advanced understanding of systems thinking, inclusive design, and experience measurement.
  • Ability to move fluidly between hands-on design, strategic vision, and operational alignment.
