Your Tasks

• You develop, control, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns in our CRM
• The continuous analysis of campaign and loyalty data as well as the creation of reports are in your hands
• With a creative eye, you design and improve customer journeys based on real user interactions
• You actively drive the further development of our loyalty lifecycle communication
• You confidently manage technical CRM rollouts and build meaningful dashboards for performance measurement
• Innovative concepts for optimizing the customer experience are designed and implemented by you

Your Profile

• Your foundation is a completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a comparable field of study
• You have sound professional experience in CRM or marketing
• You feel confident working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL queries (or similar tools)
• Analytical skills help you to transform complex usage data into clear strategies
• You have a high affinity for marketing automation and modern communication technologies
• Your German and English skills are negotiation-proof
