Your Impact

As a (Senior) Expert HR Data Analytics (m/f/d), you can expect a demanding role as a Data Scientist for the development of data-driven models for the preparation and interpretation of decision-relevant data.

• Conception: You will develop suitable algorithms and models for the preparation of decision-relevant data and create individual dashboards using modern business intelligence tools.
• Verification: To test your hypotheses, you will identify connections and patterns in your data.
• Development: Together with the relevant stakeholders, you will develop reporting and analysis tools.
• Presentation: Structured preparation of content for various target groups and reporting requirements.
• Management: You will independently identify and develop the necessary process step-by-step for the development of the entire value creation and engagement chain.

Your Skillset

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, e.g., with a focus on Statistics, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial professional experience, e.g., in Analytics and/or Project Management
• Handling large amounts of data in a highly confidential environment is not a problem for you
• (Initial) programming skills in R, Python, SQL, or comparable, as well as experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Sense, or PowerBI
• Excellent analytical skills and high standards for your own work results
