Oracle Health Government Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Federal Program Manager who is eager to make a difference. In this influential role, you will lead program initiatives and ensure successful delivery within Oracle's risk management framework. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of federal contracting rules and regulations and will thrive in a highly regulated environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and client partners, is essential, making familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, business process re-engineering, and program management best practices critical for applying our risk management framework.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis. Analyze data for risk and issue identification to enable effective mitigation strategies.
- Trend Forecasting. Review task order scopes to proactively identify potential risks and issues based on insights from previous deployments.
- Risk Strategy Development. Collaborate with Task Order Owners to formulate risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies that minimize the probability and impact of risks across scope, schedule, and cost.
- Risk Management. Oversee a portfolio of risks and issues for one to two concurrent task orders, focusing on key areas such as:
- Risk and Issue Tracking. Ensure all risks and issues are documented in the appropriate tools and that the risk/issue portfolio remains current.
- Risk Reporting. Guarantee that all risk reporting, both client deliverables and internal reviews, is timely, accurate, and comprehensive.
- Risk Control Meetings. In collaboration with Task Order Owners, establish regular meetings to review the status of the risk portfolio.
- Continuous Improvement. Periodically assess Oracle Health's risk management framework, processes, tools, and policies, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in large-scale program and project management.
- Proven team leadership or management experience.
- Ability to navigate a matrix management environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- PMP credential from PMI is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

The compensation range and benefits specified in this posting apply solely to the indicated locations. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. Potential eligibility for bonuses and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting the diverse nature of Oracle's products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically positioned within this range based on these factors, along with internal peer equity.
