Senior Finance & Operations Leader

We’re looking for a high-level operator to join our team at Vintage Havana and help drive the next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the numbers and the mechanics of a modern apparel business.

What you’ll own:

• P&L, budgeting, and cash flow
• ERP implementation / optimization (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• EDI integration with major retailers
• Factoring relationships and financing strategy
• Factory/vendor negotiations (pricing, terms, production)
• Financial + operational compliance
• Systems, processes, and overall infrastructure

Who you are:

• Experienced in apparel / wholesale / consumer goods
• Strong in both finance and operations
• Comfortable working directly with ownership
• A builder who can implement systems—not just maintain them

This is a key leadership role inside a growing brand with real scale and opportunity.
