Job Summary

The role collaborates with internal partners such as Lease Accounting and Real Estate to provide accurate insights that influence key business strategies. It plays a central role in maintaining financial systems and contributing to long term planning and annual budgeting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly non-comparable store sales forecasts and provide data driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage updates to the store calendar based on real estate development inputs.
  • Partner with Lease Accounting to monitor occupancy changes and ensure accurate financial forecast versions.
  • Support preparation of the Long-Range Model and department level targets for the fiscal budget.
  • Utilize Adaptive Planning and Excel models to perform complex scenario modeling and analysis.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and serve as a backup administrator for planning systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote transparency and ensure consistency in financial planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and P&L development.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar financial software preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player capable of working across departments and levels.

Annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
