Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner to the CFO, providing financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. This individual will play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across the organization.

This is an on-site position based in Olive Branch, MS, offering daily interaction with senior leadership and exposure to high-level financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual budgeting process
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial projections
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Analyze monthly financial performance and prepare executive-level reporting packages
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial results
• Support cash flow forecasting and capital planning initiatives
• Assist with KPI development and dashboard reporting
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability
• Contribute to process improvements within reporting and planning functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
