About the role
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Prepare and maintain regular financial planning and performance reports, including monthly division?level P&L forecasts vs. budget
- Analyze financial results and develop strategic and tactical recommendations for leadership
- Build and execute financial analysis for key business initiatives such as:
- Opening new operations
- Capital investments and asset acquisitions
- New service or product launches
- Develop and maintain the capital budget
- Assist in the design and execution of FP&A models, reports, and planning tools
- Participate in regular calls and discussions with Division and Corporate Management
Finance & Cash Flow
- Oversee cash flow planning to ensure adequate liquidity and availability of funds
- Develop and maintain forward?looking, predictive financial models
- Perform activity?based and operational financial analysis to provide insight into business performance and planning
Budgeting & Business Planning
- Coordinate the development, consolidation, and ongoing monitoring of annual operating budgets
- Support the creation of financial business plans and rolling forecasts
- Partner with operational leaders to track performance and explain variances
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or manufacturing finance
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (financial models, variance analysis, forecasting)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non?finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a mid?size company where processes are evolving and collaboration is critical
Pay Details
$45.00 to $48.00 per hour
