Financial Analyst – Budgeting & Forecasting

About the role

This role supports site-level finance operations by driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The position partners closely with business units to deliver insights, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and business value
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports (MMR) with high accuracy
• Analyze and track site KPIs, including trending and forecasting
• Support business review processes and ensure timely delivery of financial materials
• Drive process optimization and automation across Finance and Procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience with KPI reporting and financial modeling
• Exposure to pharmaceutical / life sciences industry preferred
