About
As a Finance Manager at Okta, you will play a crucial role in driving and scaling Okta's growth. You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A and collaborate with Finance peers and leadership to analyze key financial trends.
Responsibilities
- Be the first FP&A hire in India and lead the development of the global FP&A function
- Own monthly reconciliations for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and RPO
- Lead monthly data refresh and consolidation for top line metrics
- Assist in equity inputs for Stock Based Compensation and Sharecount forecasts
- Develop content for executive presentations on various top line metrics
- Analyze trends in FX for top line metrics
- Enhance systems to improve productivity and accuracy of the FP&A team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to derive meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- Financial and Business Acumen: Evaluate financial indicators to drive results
- Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Apply logical methods to solve complex problems
- Relationship Management: Build effective relationships across diverse business partners
- Influential: Influence senior executives and work effectively in a matrixed team

Job Requirements
- Work hours of 5AM-2PM PST (5:30pm-2:30AM IST)
- 3 years of FP&A experience, with 1 year in Corporate FP&A preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Anaplan and Tableau is a plus
- Background in high-growth global high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
