Responsibilities: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management. Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial requirements and provide data-driven insights. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and investments. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Contribute to the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Experience with digital transformation projects is a plus. Professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA are advantageous. This role is based in Lokoja, Kogi, NG , but is fully remote.
