About the role
Role Overview: You will report to a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to provide financial support for individual business segments of Ocwen Financial Corporation Finance team. Your proactive approach in Hyperion administration will involve financial reporting, data analysis, and creating/maintaining financial and KPI reporting. Attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include Hyperion administration, maintenance and support, data mining, reporting, and handling ad-hoc assignments.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Hyperion EPM production and test cloud instance - Ensure data integration and integrity between various systems into Hyperion is maintained - Enhance Hyperion with new business needs for development of FPA modules - Assist with creation of reports in Hyperion - Assist with upload and reconciliation of budget/forecast to Hyperion EPM and ancillary systems - Support Finance leaders with ad-hoc analysis and research
Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar role (FP&A, Hyperion EPM administration) - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or related field required, MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred - Prior mortgage or financial services experience a plus - Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with superior analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to dive deep and be curious to uncover opportunities - Highly regarded for teamwork, flexibility, integrity, ethics, and professionalism - Strong communication skills - Must have a flexible attitude and the ability to manage change effectively - Ability to both take direction and show initiative - Strong skills in Excel (incl. financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.) - Experience with Oracle Fusion (Accounting GL), and Power BI (or similar products) a plus - Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
