Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting packages and presentations
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process
- Develop forecasts and predictive financial models to guide strategic decision-making
- Provide data-driven recommendations that influence business outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of financial models
- Conduct ad hoc financial and performance analysis
- Support M&A initiatives with financial modeling and due diligence analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience
- Experience building and maintaining predictive financial models
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis)
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
