Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

Senior-level financial analyst role supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting across multiple business areas. This position partners closely with leadership to support forward-looking analysis, recurring reporting, and business planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and outlook activities, including projections, scenario analysis, and assumption management
• Analyze operating results and key drivers; summarize trends, risks, and variances for leadership
• Prepare recurring financial summaries and materials used in management and planning reviews
• Partner cross-functionally to align financial expectations with operational inputs
• Review and support analytical work prepared by other finance team members
• Assist with enhancements to planning tools, reporting templates, and analytical processes
• Support internal coordination related to data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Produce ad hoc financial analysis related to costs, performance metrics, and return considerations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and modeling
• Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience supporting complex or multi-entity organizations
