Key Responsibilities
- Lead OPEX lifecycle and conduct variance analysis to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities
- Serve as a financial partner to the Ag-Chemicals business unit, providing tailored financial support and insights
- Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports using advanced business intelligence tools
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of finance or accounting experience, with 3 years in FP&A within the agriculture chemicals sector
- Expertise in OPEX management and advanced variance analysis
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle PBCS
- Advanced skills in Tableau for report building and data visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
