Join the rapidly expanding Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our Supply Chain organization. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in financial planning, forecasting, and close support for global supply chain costs that drive our cloud infrastructure.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance/Legal, and Operations to enhance cost visibility, improve forecast accuracy, drive data-driven decision making, and ensure financial plans align with global execution objectives.

The perfect candidate possesses a strong background in cloud infrastructure or hardware supply chains, excels in complex global logistics, has exceptional modeling and analytical skills, and thrives in a dynamic, data-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee finances related to suppliers, focusing on their overall financial stability, including capital and liquidity management as well as supplier financing programs.
  • Manage routine performance reporting and conduct variance analysis against plans and forecasts, offering executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, Procurement, and Trade Compliance/Legal teams to ensure operational activities align with financial objectives.
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams during quarter-end close operations and ensure compliance with capital governance standards.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks, cost drivers, and areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and scalability.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing OCI’s capital investments and supply chain footprint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years in supply chain/operations finance, procurement finance, logistics finance, or similar positions.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, and strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Oracle Financials, Hyperion, or equivalent systems is preferred.
  • Proven ability to extract insights from complex data and present clear business recommendations.
  • Experience in capital investment, procurement, or vendor strategy is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong passion for process improvement, scalability, and automation.
  • Preferred: Direct experience supporting a centralized supply chain hub.
  • Preferred: Involvement in cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a global finance or supply chain setting.

Compensation & Benefits

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
