We are seeking a dynamic finance leader to join our Infra Ops Finance team. This position offers a unique opportunity to consolidate reporting at the portfolio level, streamline processes for operationalizing significant deals, and enhance automation to ensure our team's scalability. Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Act as the primary resource for urgent strategic analysis to inform leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with the finance team for ad-hoc inquiries and deeper analysis as necessary.
- Ensure consistency in methodologies and reporting standards among functional analysts.
Deal Onboarding & Integration
- Lead the financial integration of significant deals post-approval, creating a seamless pipeline from deal approval to finance execution.
- Establish a standardized framework for the intake and onboarding of new deals, including translating schedules and assumptions into actionable databases.
- Work cross-functionally to address discrepancies between deal assumptions and standard templates.
Process Enhancement & Automation
- Drive improvements in processes and data flows within the Finance team, focusing on rent and power forecasting workflows to support business expansion.
- Lead projects to enhance forecast accuracy, reduce processing times, and improve analytical capabilities.
Insights & Analytics
- Compile and present comprehensive forecasts for leadership review, merging inputs from various functional areas into cohesive reports.
- Ensure the integrity of forecast data through validation and collaboration with upstream teams.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for OCI's business units.
- Participate actively in quarterly close processes alongside finance and operational teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or consulting, with experience in cloud, datacenter, or technology sectors preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; CPA/MBA is an asset.
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence for engaging with senior leadership.
- Ability to consolidate diverse analytical inputs into a unified narrative with sharp attention to detail.
- Proven track record in process improvements and driving efficiency through automation and workflow redesign.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving mindset—take the lead on necessary actions.
- Comfortable navigating detailed data while also focusing on high-level strategies.
