Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning cycles, performance reviews, and periodic business reporting
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models to support growth and profitability targets
• Extract insights from large datasets to deliver actionable business recommendations
• Drive cost-saving initiatives across the value chain without compromising customer experience
• Collaborate with Product, Program, Accounting, and FP&A teams on financial strategies
• Ensure high standards of financial control, auditing inputs, and improving governance
• Present financial narratives in monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Build dashboards, tools, and automated processes for improved financial decision-making
• Support evaluation of new programs, initiatives, and business case assessments

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, financial modeling, or analytical roles
• Strong grasp of financial performance indicators and audit control environments
• Skilled in forecasting, P&L management, and business performance analysis
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Cognos, Essbase, or Oracle
• Experience with large-scale data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards)
• Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech-driven industries
