Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate Development

As a Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO), you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant reporting with sound analysis and explanations for balance sheet reconciliations across all Business Units. Your responsibilities will include:

- Documenting and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, reviewing them bi-annually to maintain relevance - Demonstrating robust and effective procedures during internal and external audits - Upholding the integrity of the balance sheet and reconciliations, ensuring adherence to SOX compliance and successful SOX controls - Responding to monthly balance sheet queries from groups and providing analysis of month-on-month and year-to-date movements in balance sheet accounts - Ensuring Divisional adherence to the company's bad debt provision policy and challenging non-compliance justifications

Moreover, you will be expected to have:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably from a shared service environment - Part qualification in a recognized accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc) would be advantageous - Experience in a similar role in a medium-sized business - Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Excel
