About

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to be a key member of our Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will provide vital analytical support to our Operations and Marketing leadership, contributing insightful analysis on the company's sales performance and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive analysis and reporting on sales transactions and average check trends to identify key financial performance issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to evaluate the financial impact and performance of various media and promotional strategies.
  • Engage in test market initiatives and assess their outcomes.
  • Build and manage daily reports on sales, transaction forecasts, and check trends to monitor business performance against plans and prior years.
  • Conduct periodic forecasting and annual planning for sales and advertising lines linked to Marketing initiatives.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis focused on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Work alongside SCM lead to project ingredient usage for promotions and menu enhancements.
  • Actively participate as a member of the pricing strategy team for annual pricing reviews and addressing inflationary costs as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of finance experience required.
  • Successful completion of initial and ongoing training requirements.
  • Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Pay Range

$90,000 - $126,500 Annually.

Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
