Mayvin is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime working from Washington, DC. Experience with Navy ERP and PBIS/POM process is required. Clearance Required: SECRET

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of funding execution documents in Navy ERP
  • Tracking and reporting program financial transactions from initiation to execution
  • Provide financial status reports and assessments to identify program financial resources and evaluating obligation/expenditure status
  • Develop and propose Course Of Actions (COAs) and recommendations
  • Assist in the preparation/validation/consolidation of task planning sheets (TPS) within the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)
  • Assist in the reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Assist in Navy ERP to include, but not limited, to work breakdown structure/project structure maintenance and cost-planning maintenance
  • Assist with budget formulation and submission
  • Assist in the preparation of various presentations, mid-year reviews, quarterly execution reviews, budget exhibits and briefings

Requirements

  • Experience with Navy ERP
