The Worldwide Retail Growth & Development team within Grocery Stores Finance seeks a detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst who will be the strategic backbone of our global financial ecosystem, transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that power our organization's growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive asset management processes, including transfers, disposals, and depreciation tracking
- Validate and load financial forecasts across multiple systems with meticulous precision
- Maintain rigorous data integrity and compliance across financial reporting platforms
- Develop and support critical financial reporting mechanisms for leadership review
- Coordinate cross‑functional financial initiatives with exceptional analytical expertise

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re‑engineering, quality assurance) experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
Benefits & Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $66,900 – $117,100 USD annually (USA, TX, Austin; USA, VA, Arlington).
