Senior Financial Management Business Analyst

ITCON Services is seeking a Senior Financial Management Business Analyst to provide expert-level IT financial management support to USDA FPAC. The Analyst will lead spend planning, budget execution, reporting, and financial governance across complex IT investments.

This role will be accountable for ensuring accurate spend tracking, supporting IAAs, preparing metrics and KPIs, and guiding junior financial analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT financial management support activities.
• Support multi-year spend planning and budget execution.
• Track commitments, obligations, accruals, and expenditures.
• Support IAAs, Working Capital Fund, and Greenbook activities.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports and KPI metrics.
• Support audits, data calls, and financial reviews.
• Mentor junior financial analysts.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of federal IT financial management experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting complex IT budgets.
• Public Trust clearance eligibility.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• USDA or FPAC financial experience.
• Familiarity with IT investment financial reporting.
