Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and translate them into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development from ideation through launch and iteration.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management within the fintech or financial services industry.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of digital payments, lending, wealth management, or other financial products.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adept at user story creation, backlog grooming, and working with cross‑functional teams in a remote‑first environment.
