About the role

The ideal candidate will be agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly. This role requires someone who thrives under tight deadlines, who likes to work in a multicultural environment, and is already proficient in Excel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing reporting, and building new analyses from scratch, leveraging our IT systems (SAP), and taking an active role to maximize their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather data to develop forecasts, and budgets with a focus on sales, cost of goods, inventory, and marketing materials.
• Monitor P&L with budget/target.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business operations and decision-making. This includes and is not limited to monitoring the progress of monthly orders and sales, analyzing inventory and receivables levels.
• Analysis and optimize gross margin.
• Develop reporting to support operations (Daily sales / P&L per customer / Channels).
• Prepare monthly reporting for the group’s management and investors.
• Contribute to budget and reforecast activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Cost optimization (T&E, office, logistics)

Desired Background and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Min 8 years of experience in FP&A
• Previous experience into the Beauty / Fragrance / Luxury industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP business by design (BYD) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential
