About the Role

This is not a traditional FP&A role. You will be the financial and strategic backbone of the company — owning our financial model, driving growth and capital allocation, and serving as a trusted thought partner to the Head of Finance and leadership team. You will build infrastructure for better decision-making and own narratives shaping investor, partner, and board understanding.

You will operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations with high ownership and direct line to executive leadership.

What You'll Do

• Run monthly, quarterly, and annual planning across revenue, OpEx, headcount, and cash.
• Partner with functional leaders across GTM, R&D, and G&A to pressure-test plans and hold them accountable.
• Lead implementation and evolution of planning platforms like Pigment or Anaplan.
• Produce board decks, monthly operating reviews, and investor reporting.
• Drive initiatives to improve gross margin, optimize COGS, and increase operational leverage.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on pricing strategy and deal economics.
• Build models for unit economics, ROI, and capital efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting, with 3+ years in operating finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience managing financial analysts.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and GAAP/non-GAAP reporting.
• Experience building complex financial models and defending assumptions.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Extreme attention to detail and precision.
• Exceptional communication skills for board and executive presentations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Campfire, NetSuite, Salesforce, and FP&A platforms like Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive.
• Familiarity with SQL and low/no-code dashboarding tools like Omni, Equals.
