About This Opportunity
This position is part of a proposal effort (Anticipated Start: August 2026) and is contingent upon contract award.
We are creating a talent pipeline for an upcoming Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contract proposal, with work expected to start in August 2026. This role is vital for mission-critical initiatives related to enhancing cyber capabilities and developing advanced software for national security purposes.
We are currently interested in pre-qualifying candidates for the Senior Front End Developer position:
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical aspects of modern front-end architecture, focusing on user interface design and backend service integration, all within secure environments.
Work will be performed on-site at Noblis HQ in Reston, VA, pending award. All candidates must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Extensive experience with Vue.js and Quasar framework
- Strong experience integrating Python with FastAPI
- Proficiency in the QT framework for application development
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and cross-platform compatibility
- US Citizen and Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Strong background in a relevant technical or analytical specialty
- Experience in supporting DoD, interagency, or national security missions is highly desirable
- Understanding of security best practices in classified environments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives
- Experience developing software for cyber operations or security applications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of RESTful API integration and microservices architecture

Posted Salary Range
USD $146,200.00 - USD $228,400.00 /Yr.
