Senior Frontend Developer - UI/UX Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement user-facing features using modern frontend technologies and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers throughout the development lifecycle. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Implement and advocate for accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure inclusivity. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experiences. Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues and bugs, and devise effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, trends, and best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend development processes and tools. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and package managers (e.g., npm, yarn). Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in remote teams.
