Job Description

Join as a Frontend Engineer and help us build the financial tools that empower 500,000+ SMEs to gain full control over their finances. You will work on high-impact financial features that make SMEs and accountants lives easier.

Key Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end: Challenge design, write technical specs, and ship features to production in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Build robust financial tools: Design and implement scalable solutions for our pre-accounting features, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure high standards: Perform QA and write automated tests to guarantee the quality of your delivery.
• Work in a cross-functional Squad: Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to iterate fast and deliver value.
• A Product-centric culture: Engineers here actively challenge the roadmap and help define the product. We value engineers who understand the "why" behind the "what".
• A collaborative environment: We prioritize growth through mentorship, thorough code reviews, and regular tech demos.
• Our Stack: You will work with a modern stack including React / Typescript and Kafka .

Requirements

• Experience: You have a solid engineering background with experience in React / Typescript , or any modern frontend environment. You are willing to learn our specific stack if you don't yet master it.
• Product Mindset: You are not just an executor; you understand the business value of your code and challenge specifications to build the best product.
• Quality Standards: You are used to writing your own tests and performing QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Problem Solving: You can break down complex engineering challenges into simple, deliverable solutions.
• Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
