What awaits you:

• Frontend Development with UX Focus: You develop performant, user-centric, and consistent frontend solutions, ensuring that the digital user experience is seamlessly and purposefully implemented across relevant touchpoints.
• Design Systems & Technical Standards: You contribute your technical expertise to the maintenance and further development of our design system and support the standardization, reusability, and scalability of components.
• Interactive Frontend Solutions: You translate complex requirements in the context of retail securities processes into modern, intuitive, and accessible frontend solutions with high usability and technical quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality frontend solutions.
• Quality Assurance & Optimization: You ensure high technical quality in a cloud-native environment through testing, performance optimization, and clean implementation, and continuously develop existing development processes and standards.

What you bring:

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• You have experience in developing and maintaining design systems, a good understanding of scalable component architectures, and experience in the technical implementation of user-centric solutions across various end devices and interfaces.
• You are proficient in using modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Node.js, and GitLab, as well as architectural principles like Microservices, Domain Driven Design, or Clean Architecture.
• You have a good understanding of accessibility according to WCAG, responsive web design, and performance optimization.
• You have good German and English language skills and enjoy collaborating in agile interdisciplinary teams – preferably also in the financial industry.
