Senior Frontend Software Engineer

About the customer:

For our client in the diagnostics and healthcare sector, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join a global cross-functional software development team. The role focuses on building innovative frontend solutions for Molecular Diagnostics Systems in an agile and highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design modern frontend software solutions using React
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability of applications
• Drive software development best practices including code reviews and testing
• Coordinate and review deliverables from external development teams
• Mentor and support team members within an agile environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or strong practical experience in Software Development
• 5+ years of experience with React and frontend architecture
• Experience with Electron, Tauri, Rust, or C++ is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges creatively and effectively
• Leadership mindset with mentoring and team guidance experience
• Motivated personality with passion for high-quality software solutions
