About

The Senior CRM Systems Full Stack Engineer will play a vital role in gathering requirements and building new operational components, as well as maintaining and supporting existing components within our Customer Relationship Management systems, specifically Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position requires expertise in development coding languages such as JAVA/APEX, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AMPScript, SQL/SOQL, and VisualForce, alongside familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs. Effective communication skills are essential for conveying project progress and business outcomes to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations.
  • Implement best practices using appropriate design patterns.
  • Create custom applications and carry out performance testing.
  • Write, test, analyze, and deploy high-quality code according to specifications.
  • Provide tier 3 support to users.
  • Define and ensure compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes.
  • Collaborate with integration teams on integration architecture and strategies.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors and data load issues proficiently.
  • Design and develop ETL data pipelines, preferably with hands-on experience in Databricks.
  • Develop AWS-based microservices, with knowledge of using Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Understand and align business goals and challenges with the Salesforce product portfolio.
  • Present Salesforce technology infrastructure to stakeholders, showcasing in-depth familiarity with hardware, software, networking, and security stacks.
  • Engage in relevant training and certifications to maintain essential knowledge for success.
  • Train teams on new platform releases and successful project implementations.
  • Work collaboratively with your manager to establish quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Document functional and technical requirements for new application executions.
  • Collaborate effectively with enterprise system owners and developers.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing activities.
  • Partner with third-party contractors and vendors to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Web Design.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud platform development.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Developer (or SFMC Consultant).
  • Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer (a plus).
  • 1+ year of experience in building ETL pipelines, preferably with Databricks.
  • 1+ year in developing AWS microservices, familiar with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AMPScript, SOAP/REST APIs, SQL/SOQL, VisualForce, JAVA/APEX, and C++.
  • A keen ability to analyze data from multiple sources and platforms.
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • A solid understanding of data warehouses and big data technologies.
  • Knowledge of API integration with CRM platforms and web properties.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of facilitating efficient and effective decision-making processes.
  • A positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • The ability to pass a technical screening is required.

The starting salary is $120K, commensurate with experience.
