Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer who will lead the design, development, and deployment of robust web applications across the front-end, middle-tier, and back-end. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in UI/UX design, server-side architecture, and database management, and is passionate about delivering scalable and high-performing digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA teams to drive end-to-end implementation of projects. Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Implement UI/UX best practices, pixel-perfect designs, and interactive prototypes in collaboration with design teams Optimize client-side performance (lazy loading, caching, bundling, etc.) Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility Middle-Tier Development Develop scalable APIs and web services using Node.js / Express.js, .NET Core, or Python (Flask/Django) Design and implement middleware logic to ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end Implement authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, etc.) Back-End Development Design robust and secure server-side architecture Build and maintain databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or MS SQL Server Optimize queries and data models for performance and scalability Implement caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and job queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) DevOps & Deployment Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD Containerize applications using Docker; deploy using Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure Ensure observability via monitoring (Prometheus, ELK, etc.) and logging Project & Team Collaboration Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architecture Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams with JIRA or similar project management tools Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10 years of proven experience in full-stack development with portfolio of deployed web applications Strong grasp of system architecture design, microservices, and RESTful API best practices Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD and TDD Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architectures Familiarity with AI/ML API integration, Web3, or blockchain frameworks Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub portfolioSenior Full Stack Developer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
