Context

This new paradigm of "Augmented Software Factory" is what you will define and implement.

On Assignment with Our Clients

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer "AI-Augmented", you are the driving force behind this transformation:

• Augmented Engineering: You pilot coding agents and LLMs to accelerate the delivery of complex features, while maintaining a maximum level of requirement on code structure and maintainability.
• Mastery of Non-Determinism: You design hybrid systems capable of managing the uncertainty of AI outputs (guardrails, schema validation, adaptive UX) to ensure a fluid and reliable user experience.
• Industrialization of Augmented Software: You define new quality standards: AI-assisted automated tests, monitoring of response quality (Evals), and management of model drift in production.
• Technical Leadership & Pedagogy: You work in symbiosis with the AI Architect and Platform Engineers, and you support client teams in adopting these new development methods.

As a Consultant at WeScale

• You are a Full Stack Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience capable of handling a feature end-to-end: from backend design to user interface, including data modeling and production deployment.
• You are comfortable with the entire development chain and have experience in demanding environments with quality, performance, and scalability challenges.
• You are also familiar with AI tools applied to development and integrate them into your daily work.

WeScale finances your training and certifications to support your progress, particularly in AI technologies (LLM, agents).

Career path: Engineer → Senior Engineer → Lead → Staff → Principal Engineer

Your Profile

• You are a Full Stack Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience capable of handling a feature end-to-end: from backend design to user interface, including data modeling and production deployment.
• You are comfortable with the entire development chain and have experience in demanding environments with quality, performance, and scalability challenges.
• You are also familiar with AI tools applied to development and integrate them into your daily work.

Technical Skills

• Solid mastery of Node.js on the Backend with a complementary language such as Python, Go, Java
• Good mastery of modern Front End frameworks (e.g., React)
• Experience in designing robust APIs (REST / GraphQL) and data modeling
• Ability to integrate AI tools into the development cycle
• Experience or strong curiosity for LLM-related topics (Anthropic, OpenAI)
• Understanding of RAG, agent, or processing chain architectures (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Mastery of English
• Experience in consulting

The position is available as a permanent contract (CDI).
