Today, they are recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to participate in building a high-impact product at the core of their roadmap.

Mission

General Job Description

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will work across the entire stack to design and deploy AI solutions used directly in a hospital environment. You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in architectural choices, product decisions, and the structuring of good technical practices. This position offers a high level of autonomy and impact, in a demanding and stimulating startup environment.

Main Missions and Responsibilities

• Develop the backend for medical coding solutions
• Participate in the design of AI agents (LLM) in collaboration with the CTO
• Develop frontend interfaces used by healthcare professionals
• Build data pipelines between hospital systems and the internal platform
• Ensure interoperability and compliance with security standards (HDS)
• Contribute to architectural choices and system scalability
• Actively participate in product culture and technical decisions

Profile

Candidate Profile

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Excellent command of Node.js & TypeScript
• Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
• Experience in fast-paced product environments
• Fluent French

Nice to have

• Knowledge in DevOps / infrastructure
• Experience with distributed systems or data pipelines
• Aptitude for AI / LLM
• Experience in a regulated environment (healthcare, fintech…)
