Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation: As a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d), you actively drive the further development of our multi-channel and multi-tenant e-commerce platform and ensure clean, scalable code - both in the frontend and backend.
• Automate Processes: You integrate warehouse and transport service providers and optimize workflows through intelligent API connections (e.g., Zendesk or Help Center).
• Technical Sparring Partner: You advise stakeholders and our management on feasibility and actively contribute your own solution proposals. We are not looking for order-takers, but for thinkers.
• Take Responsibility: You proactively identify potential for improvement in processes, interfaces, or code architectures and implement optimizations together with the team.

Requirements

• Tech-Stack Excellence: You are proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript and have sound experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or comparable frameworks like React).
• Data and Interfaces: REST APIs and NoSQL databases (preferably CouchDB or MongoDB) are your daily tools.
• Clean Code Mentality: SOLID and KISS are not buzzwords for you, but lived practice.
• Mindset: You have a high cognitive resilience and love to break down and solve complicated issues in a structured way.
• Language Skills: You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English.
• Bonus Points:
  • You already have experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or Elastic Search.
  • Languages like Python or Go are not entirely foreign to you.
  • You have a deep understanding of e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS business processes.

As a tech startup with a strong shareholder base from the automotive supplier and logistics industry, we support manufacturers in unfolding their potential in digital commerce along the entire digital value chain. For several years, we have been successfully operating our spare parts online shop Retromotion. However, our vision goes far beyond that: From shop to platform - from trade to ecosystem.

Our team of 35 experts combines know-how from logistics, technology, marketing, marketplaces, and business development.
